About plans and billing
What is a counter?
A counter is one billing point, usually a desk with a computer or tablet. Viewing stock and reports on other devices does not count as a counter.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. The new price applies from your next billing date.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose a plan to continue. If you do not, your account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days so you can come back.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
Reminders and bills sent on WhatsApp are charged at WhatsApp's own business rates, passed on without a markup.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice.
