Know exactly how much of your gold is with each karigar.
Issue gold by weight, receive finished pieces, record wastage and labour, and keep a running gold balance for every craftsman. Disputes at the end of the month are replaced by a ledger both sides agree with.

Gold balance per karigar
A running balance of fine gold with each craftsman, converted across purities.
Due dates
Jobs past their due date are highlighted, so customer orders are not missed.
Four steps at the counter.
Create the job
From a customer order, an AI Design Finder match or your own stock plan.
Issue gold
Weigh and issue. The karigar's balance increases by the fine weight.
Receive the piece
Weigh the finished piece and any returned gold. Wastage is calculated.
Settle
Labour and gold balance are settled on one clear statement.
Balances are kept in fine gold, so 22K and 18K issues can be added together correctly.
Larger workshops can track jobs by stage: casting, filing, setting and polishing.
Print or share a monthly statement with every karigar.
About Karigar Jobs
Can a karigar have jobs in different purities?
Yes. Each job keeps its own purity, and the balance is shown in fine gold and in each purity.
Can I record gold returned without a piece?
Yes. Returned gold, scrap and dust are separate entries on the job.
Do finished pieces go straight to stock?
Yes. On receipt, the piece is weighed, tagged and added to Weight Stock.
Put today's rate on every tag before the first customer walks in.
Load your own stock, set your own making charges and bill real customers for fourteen days. If the numbers do not match your ledger to the milligram, you walk away.
